uNazilli State Hospital opened a 23-bed Palliative Care Center on 22.05.2015 by providing a new service for cancer, stroke and Alzheimer's patients.
  Palliative care is an approach that aims to increase the quality of life of the patient, who encounters the problems arising from life-threatening disease, by defining early and comprehensively the pain and accompanying problems, preventing, reducing, meeting their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. It also includes the emotional and moral support of the patient's family during the illness and grief process.

uOur aim is;
    It is the provision of this service with a multidisciplinary team formed by different professional groups, focused on the relief of pain and other symptoms of the patients, nutritional support, psychological and social support, providing patient comfort and care, education of the patient and his family, and increasing the functional status of the patient. In this process, our main goal is to increase the quality of life of patients and their families.
