TRAINING CONTINUES IN GROUPS IN OUR PREGNANCY SCHOOL, WHICH COMES INTO SERVICE IN 2016.


As you move excitedly towards the moment of birth when you will meet your baby and step into motherhood, going through this important process consciously, knowledgeably, peacefully and happily will increase your self-confidence and eliminate the anxiety caused by ignorance. This process will no longer be full of anxiety-panic anxiety; It will be filled with happiness-sharing-positive emotions and will remain in your memories as a beautiful memory.

Birth is a natural and healthy act. How you perceive birth is very important. It will be possible for you to experience the excitement of the moment of birth and the happiness of meeting your baby by overcoming the anxiety and fears you have in your subconscious about birth and preparing for birth.

In our pregnancy school opened in our hospital, we have classes on "pregnancy period, birth preparation, newborn care, postpartum period".


In our pregnancy class, training is provided on healthy nutrition for a healthy pregnancy, problems encountered during pregnancy and solutions, baby development, danger signs during pregnancy, etc.

Thanks to group training, your interaction with other pregnant women is increased, allowing you to have a more positive, happy and healthy pregnancy.

In our birth preparation classes, training is given on the effects of hormones on birth, stages of labor, correct breathing and relaxation techniques used during birth, non-drug relaxing techniques, massage practices, birth methods, birth bag preparation, and the importance of skin-to-skin contact after birth.

 

These trainings will enable you to realize that birth is a natural and healthy action, to trust your body and your baby, to experience the excitement, satisfaction of the moment of birth and the happy feeling of meeting your baby.


Purpose of our school:

  • To ensure that all pregnant women are informed about issues related to prenatal, birth and postnatal period.

  • Preparing expectant mothers for birth

  • Alleviating expectant mothers' birth fears

  • Ensuring expectant mothers give birth consciously

  • To provide knowledge and skills on normal birth, pain management and adoption of new roles.

  • In the postpartum period; To provide knowledge and skills on postpartum period, newborn process, baby care, breast milk and breastfeeding.
