How do I make an appointment?
By Calling Alo182 Alo182 is called from home, work, payphones and cell phones. The operator who answers the call is given the patient's T.R. identification number. The operator is informed about the hospital, polyclinic and physician preferences, if any. The operator informs the citizen of the appropriate date and time slots. The citizen makes his/her choice and makes his/her appointment. 

Making an Appointment Online 
Login to www.hastanerandevu.gov.tr or www.mhrs.gov.tr. When logging into the Central Physician Appointment System for the first time, a separate account is opened for each citizen. For this, the relevant guidance steps are followed. After opening an account, use the "Make an Appointment" button and log in with the T.R. ID number and the specified password. An appointment is made by choosing the desired hospital, polyclinic and physician. 

Making an Appointment Using a Mobile Device

There is "MHRS Mobile" application for smart devices (phone, tablet) with Android, IOS, BlackBerry and Windows operating systems. You can download "MHRS Mobile" free of charge from the application market (App Store, Play Store, etc.) used by your device.
