Applications must be made with an official and official document containing the patient's identity information.
The patient has the right to choose a physician. You can learn from the Daily / Weekly / Monthly work list by selecting the Doctor's Work Schedule from the relevant branch in the Medical Units tab on our website.
Patients applying to our hospital are assisted by reception, counseling and guidance personnel assigned to facilitate access to service.
Appointment records are made by the secretary of the relevant polyclinic.
Emergency cases (sudden illness, accident, injury, etc. and cases where the physician decides that urgent medical intervention is required), disabled people, pregnant women, patients over the age of 65, children under the age of 7, widows and orphans of war and duty martyrs, invalids and veterans have registration priority. In addition, in forensic cases to be referred by law enforcement agencies; the prosecutor's office / law enforcement agency must notify the health institution / organization in advance and an appointment must be made.
