HOSPITAL RULES TO BE FOLLOWED BY PATIENTS AND COMPANIONS

    1. Patients and attendants must respect the rights of other patients and visitors.

    2. Male companions are not allowed in the delivery room and gynecology ward.

    3. Patients hospitalized in the pediatric ward must be accompanied by their mother.

    4. Men, the elderly and persons under the age of 18 are not accepted as companions.

    5. Each patient may be accompanied by at most one companion. If there is more than one companion, the other companions will be charged according to the ministry tariff.

    6. The food of the companions who stay permanently is covered by the institution within the general principles.

    7. Companions are obliged to take care of patients under the directives of physicians and to comply with institutional discipline.

    8. Accompanying persons are not provided with health services in the wards.

    9. Companions must comply with the order, cleanliness and rules of the ward.

   10. Companions must use the hospital's belongings and materials regularly and cleanly and must not damage them. If damage is detected; the person who caused the damage is responsible for the compensation of this damage.

   11. Companions cannot bring food for the patient from outside "without the physician's knowledge".

   12. Companions must give their name-surname and contact information to the floor secretary during hospitalization.

   13. Companions must get their companion cards from the ward nurse during the patient's hospitalization in order to use their companionship rights in our hospital.

   14. Companions are responsible for keeping the companion cards during the patient's hospitalization.    In case of loss or damage, the responsibility belongs to the companion.

   15. Each companion in our hospital is responsible for wearing the Companion Card given by the ward nurse and defined in their name as long as they are in the hospital. Companions will use their Companion Card to open the ward doors.
     
   16. Companions must show their companion card when taking meals.

   17. Companions may be changed when necessary.

   18. Companions can use the day rooms in the wards for resting.

   19. Companions cannot leave the ward without informing the nurse.

   20. Accompanying persons cannot take visitors with patients outside of visiting hours. Visiting hours are between 13:00 - 14:30 in the afternoon and 19:00 - 20:30 in the evening every day.

   21. The companion card cannot be used for visiting purposes.

   22. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hospital, and those who smoke are subject to penal action in accordance with Law No. 4207.

   23. People who accept these conditions may be accompanied.

   24. The accompaniment of those who do not comply with the rules or do not accept the rules will be canceled.

   25. In order for the discharge procedures to begin, the nurse in charge of the ward must check the room and approve the discharge process.

   26. When patients are discharged, their companion cards must be delivered to the ward nurse. Otherwise, discharge procedures will not be finalized.

   28. In case of emergency, hospital evacuation areas are indicated on each floor with a signboard
