An in-service training program was organized at Buharkent District State Hospital to improve the quality of healthcare services and to keep the professional knowledge and skills of the personnel up-to-date.

During the training program, important information was shared with healthcare workers by Dr. Necati Akkaya, Emergency Medicine Specialist from Nazilli State Hospital, Cengiz Kaya, Head of the Emergency Care Certificate Program, and Kadir Çakır, Head Nurse of the Emergency Department.

The training covered emergency management, patient care processes, approaches to critical cases, and issues to be considered in emergency department practices. In addition to theoretical knowledge, participants also received practical training on situations they might encounter in the field.

The training program, which attracted significant interest from healthcare workers, emphasized the importance of current medical approaches and team coordination, while highlighting the necessity of continuous training in providing high-quality and safe healthcare services.
