A "Employee Satisfaction Meeting" was held at Nazilli State Hospital with the participation of the Quality Unit and Palliative Care Unit staff to improve service quality and evaluate employee feedback.

Employees' opinions, suggestions, and requests were listened to and evaluated. The hospital management emphasized that employee satisfaction directly impacts patient satisfaction and stated that such meetings will be held regularly.
