An information stand was set up at Nazilli State Hospital to raise awareness as part of World Hand Hygiene Day on May 5th.
At the stand, located in the hospital entrance area, healthcare workers and citizens were informed about the importance of hand hygiene and proper handwashing techniques. The event highlighted the critical role of hand hygiene in preventing infections. The hospital's Chief Physician, Op. Dr. Şafak Çalışkan, and hospital management also attended the event, observing the activities firsthand and receiving information from the staff. Chief Physician Op. Dr. Şafak Çalışkan emphasized the great importance of hand hygiene for both healthcare workers and public health, stating that such awareness campaigns will continue.
