Information Stand Opened as Part of Heart Health Week
An information stand was set up at our hospital to raise awareness among citizens as part of Heart Health Week, which runs from April 12-18. Located at the hospital entrance, the stand distributed informative materials on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, the importance of early diagnosis, and healthy lifestyle habits. During the event, conducted by healthcare personnel, the effects of balanced nutrition, regular exercise, avoiding smoking, and stress management on heart health were explained. Blood pressure measurements were also taken, and citizens were given information about their individual health status.
The hospital management emphasized that protecting heart health is of great importance for public health and stated that such awareness campaigns will continue throughout the year.
