Information Stand Opened at Nazilli State Hospital as Part of Tuberculosis Awareness Week
As part of Tuberculosis Awareness Week, an awareness stand was set up at Nazilli State Hospital to inform citizens. Informative brochures about tuberculosis were distributed at the stand, providing detailed information about the disease's transmission routes, symptoms, prevention methods, and treatment process. During the information session conducted by healthcare personnel, the importance of early diagnosis and regular treatment was emphasized, and it was highlighted that tuberculosis is a treatable disease. Awareness was also raised regarding the precautions that should be taken against the risks the disease poses to public health.
Nazilli State Hospital officials stated that these types of awareness campaigns aimed at protecting public health will continue and warned citizens not to neglect their health checkups.
