As part of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, our Chief Physician, Op. Dr. Şafak Çalışkan, hosted our hospital's staff with disabilities in his office.
During the visit, the importance of equal opportunities, accessibility, and supportive work environments was emphasized. The opinions and requests of our staff with disabilities were listened to, and evaluations were made to develop more inclusive practices in work processes.
