An In-Service Training Program for Interns was Held at Nazilli State Hospital.

A comprehensive in-service training program was held for interns at Nazilli State Hospital, with the participation of hospital management. The main topics of the training were "Information Security, Waste Management, and Occupational Health and Safety."

During the training, interns were provided with detailed information about the general operations of the hospital and the rules and ethical principles they must adhere to within the hospital. They were also briefed on patient privacy, communication protocols, hygiene practices, and a safe work environment.

Our hospital's Chief Physician, Specialist Dr. Necati Akkaya, emphasized the importance of supporting the professional development of interns and their adaptation to the hospital culture, stating that such training programs will continue regularly.

At the end of the training, questions from the interns were answered, and the training program concluded with sample scenarios related to practical applications.
