Father Candidates Also Participated in Evening Pregnancy School Training at Nazilli State Hospital
The Evening Pregnancy School training held at Nazilli State Hospital was a different excitement this time. In addition to mothers, father candidates were also included in the training program. The training, which attracted great attention, was greatly appreciated by the participants.
The training shared practical information such as relaxation techniques that can be applied during the birth process, massage applications, and breathing exercises. In addition, topics such as supporting the mother and baby in the postpartum period, baby care, the importance of breast milk and breastfeeding were also covered comprehensively.
The training program, where the first steps to parenthood were taken with the participation of mothers and father candidates, was the scene of emotional moments as well as sharing information. Our Pregnancy School Educators Canan Özelçi and Yeliz Fidan Oktay thanked the participants at the end of the training and wished all mothers and father candidates a healthy and happy birth process.
