20.03.2025

An information stand was set up at Nazilli State Hospital to raise public health awareness on the occasion of World Kidney Day, Pulmonary Rehabilitation Week and Tuberculosis Week.
At the stand that was opened, healthcare professionals provided information to citizens about kidney health, respiratory system diseases and tuberculosis. The importance of early diagnosis and treatment of diseases was also emphasized at the stands, and brochures were distributed about healthy living habits.
Our Hospital Chief Physician Specialist Dr. Necati Akkaya stated that awareness activities are of great importance in terms of protecting and raising awareness about public health, and invited citizens to have regular health check-ups and adopt healthy living habits.
During the event, citizens had the opportunity to ask questions they were curious about to health professionals, and were especially informed about ways to protect kidney health, the importance of respiratory rehabilitation and the precautions that need to be taken in the fight against tuberculosis.
Our Hospital Chief Physician Specialist Dr. Necati Akkaya announced that he will continue similar awareness activities, keeping public health at the forefront.
