uFor this reason, the 3rd level intensive care units, which are among the service units that require special planning, are the I. and II. In addition to the characteristics of the step patients, they are the units that provide the highest level of medical care and treatment, where patients who need long-term, qualified observation and intervention, and who need long-term vital support or who have developed multiple organ failure are accepted.
