Nazilli State Hospital opened the 23-bed Palliative Care Center on 22.05.2015 with a new service for cancer, stroke and Alzheimer's patients.
  Palliative care is an approach that includes practices aimed at preventing and reducing pain and comorbid problems by early and comprehensive identification of pain and comorbid problems, meeting physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient who encounters problems arising due to life-threatening disease and aims to improve the quality of life. It also includes emotional and spiritual support for the patient's family during the illness and mourning process.

Our aim is ;
    Our aim is to provide this service with a multidisciplinary team formed by different professional groups, focusing on the relief of pain and other symptoms of patients, nutritional support, psychological and social support, ensuring patient comfort and care, education of patients and their families and increasing the functional status of the patient. In this process, our main goal is to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
